With over 23 years of experience, Charles has managed and collaborated on some of the most iconic and editorially coveted developments globally with projects in the United States, Europe, Middle East and the Caribbean. With an owner’s representative and development and project management expertise, Charles provides an elevated strategic and creative advisory capability through an investor, real estate developer, hotel owner/investor, investment strategist and advisor lens. As a second generation builder and developer, Charles is inspired by great design, hospitality, and beautiful locations, that create community and allow for incredible family memories. He has a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (Sci-Arc), and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He has property development and renovation experience with clients such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ritz Carlton Reserve, W Hotels, Sage Hospitality, Aspen Ski Co, Summit Powder Mountain, Replay Destinations, Nike, Equinox and NEOM.
